I started off the day with a quarter mile walk with Archie and Mack. It was raining, so that’s why we cut it so short. I had my breakfast (vegetable juice and tropical juice) and went to yoga. It was pretty challenging. I am sore from last night’s yoga class and my body is detoxing, which means slight fatigue and mild soreness (especially in my back). Again, I haven’t been hungry today. This really surprises me, but I’ve made a solid effort to have very structured, busy days so my mind doesn’t wander to food.
I’ve been doing a lot of reading; the Bible, research on fasting, news, etc. Not a bad way to pass the time. Anyway, after my yoga class, I came home and changed to head to Canton and Tawakoni for work. Those towns are about an hour east of Dallas. It poured rain the whole way, but it smelled so good. I got home around 2:30 and prepped dinner again. Tonight, we’re (Wade is) having chicken tacos. I made the chicken in the crockpot yesterday, so I don’t have a ton to do. It will just be warming up the meat, heating the tortillas and black beans, grating cheese, and setting out guac and sour cream. Easy enough! After I got everything ready to go, I laid down because the fatigue is definitely setting in. I’m not sleepy-tired. I just don’t have a ton of energy. I’m probably not going to my second yoga class tonight, but I will certainly be taking the puggle bulls for a mile walk before the night ends.
Tomorrow, I plan on yoga in the morning, followed by a full day of work and a new yoga class in the evening. I’m not holding myself to anything though. I’m just going to do what my body will allow and refrain from setting expectations. As a side note: I tried on my wedding dresses today and although I have not lost any lbs, I have definitely lost some inches in the past 3 weeks because they are kinda loose. Not a bad problem to have as far as I’m concerned! I’ll probably get those to the tailer around Christmastime. Okay, wish me luck at “dinner”!
