I can’t believe that I’m home again…the 5th time in two weeks!  I’ve done a ton of laundry, cleaned up a bit, got my work week planned out for next week, addressed envelopes for a baby shower and baked some cookies (that I’m sure I’ll eat every bit of).  At least it has been a productive day.  I can’t complain about that!

The truth is, I probably could head out to East or West Texas today, but it’s just not worth the risk.  I don’t even feel guilty about being home.  I’m probably going to get some school done and figure out my school schedule for next week too.  I know I’ve said it before, but I’m gonna say it again…I CANNOT WAIT TO BE DONE WITH SCHOOL!!!  It’s getting to be so ridiculous.  The more frustrated I get with it, the more I realize what a HUGE accomplishment it will be once I graduate.

Speaking of graduation, I’m planning a girls trip to Napa in August.  We’ll be celebrating Kristen’s 30th, Courtney’s 29th, Steph’s big move to San Francisco and my MBA.  I cannot wait.  I think there will be 7-10 of us and we always have so much fun when we’re together.  Hmmmmm, I think I might get the ball rolling with my planning this week.  That sounds like a fun way to spend some time.

I’ve really been trying to keep myself busy lately because I have been sooooooo emotional.  It’s ridiculous.  I went to today and there was a story about a whale with a broken back; I cried.  I was so proud of the cookies I made; I teared up.  I read facebook updates; I cry.  I mean, I really just about break down into tears every 5 minutes whether I’m happy or sad…thanks hormones.  I appreciate your contribution to my already crazy life.

I’m going to have to make a big trip to the grocery store this weekend and I’m not looking forward to that.  We are out of almost everything!!!  Thankfully, it doesn’t look like we’re going to be snowed in the rest of the week.  Tomorrow, I’m heading out to the wild, wild west.  I’ll be in bustling metropolises of Cleburne and Alvarado.  I think I prefer west to east.  It’s more relaxing…open roads, clear skies and scenic hills.  In any case, I’ve got plenty to keep me busy for the week.  Hopefully, that will keep my tears to a minimum.
