I’ve been meaning to blog about this for a week now, but I’ve just forgotten.  I started having this smoothie for breakfast and it is amazingly delicious (like snow) and probably the healthiest thing I’ve ever put into my body.  Now, that really doesn’t say a lot, but it is SUPER HEALTHY!

Blend the following:

1 Scoop of Garden of Life Super Green Formula (you can get it at Whole Foods, GNC, etc.)
1 Tbsp of Udo’s Oil 3-6-9 Blen (also at Whole Foods)
1/2 cup of juice (organic, if possible)
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 teaspoon Vitamin C powder
1 frozen banana
Other frozen fruit as desired
1 Tbsp of honey
1 big handful of baby carrots
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of chopped kale
2 Tbsps of vanilla yogurt
1 cucumber or 1 tomatoe

It’s so simple!!!  Now, I must say that it comes out looking like a swamp, but it is awesome and you’ll love it.  All the greens give you so much energy.  Try it for two weeks…I DARE YOU!!!
