HOLY MOLY!  I did so good today!  I feel really good about that run.  I did my 2 mile/hill course twice and I dominated it.  Yes, there was walking, cramps, thirst, drinking too much water, pain in my foot, chafing, etc. and it still felt AMAZING!

A bug flew into my eye.  That wasn’t very fun, but now I know what my windshield feels like on the highway.

Okay, I have to get running now (well, not running, but driving) to pick the Mapes’ up from the airport.  I can’t wait for my Mom to be home!!!
